About Us

Baldico Food Services was established in 2010 by two friends with a passion for customer service. Andrew Balcar and Karel Dias met in Sydney after having both relocated from Europe to make Australia home. (Our business name is made from our surnames as *Bal*car *Di*as *Co*mpany.)

With previous experience in logistics and distribution we started the Food Service business and from the very beginning our focus was to always be better than our competition and offer excellent customer service, reliability and quality products. This is behind our continuous growth from 1 customer in Westfield Eastgardens to over 350 customers today, and we continue to grow.

By understanding the market and our customer needs we were the first to introduce 7 days a week delivery service in Sydney, SMS and online ordering and provide a wide range of healthy products including local, fresh, non-dairy, organic and free range products.

Baldico has become the preferred supplier to some of the best known businesses in the industry and are now supplying our products to every beach in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney.

Today, we pride ourselves on having built a business that is well respected in the hospitality industry and we continue to improve products and services to ensure our customers have access to all new products at the best possible price as the market evolves.
